Note; even though this thread is for both, you can only have one high spot.Since this site is new, we don't have the high spots occupied yet. To lay claim to one of these magnificent titles, you've got to audition. What you do is simple. Make a bio, fill out the following code, make sure it doesn't look like you pulled it together in 5 minutes, and wait. The leader's RPer, in this case IVY, will make the decision on who gets the spot. There is no end to the auditions, nor is it first come first serve. The leader decides, and that's that. However, if you want to try out for a medicine cat apprentice, that is up to the medicine cat. You need to have that cleared with the MC before you can get accepted. Step one. Look at this lovely code. You'll be filling it out very soon. Username: Cat's name: Link to bio: Position: Roleplay example: Step Two.Understand the code. Your username is the name you use to log in The cat's name is just the name of the cat you want for the high position Obviously, this means put the link to the bio in this section. Nothing fancy, just copy and paste the URL. The position section is simple: do you want your cat for the deputy position or the medicine cat position? Your RP example is very, very important. You should spend a lot of time on this, as much as you would a bio. The example has to be centered around the cat that you're using for the position, but other cats can be involved in it. Step Three.Fill out the code and reply to this thread with it! Take your time, because the better it is, the more chance you have of getting the spot. Good luck ^^

Username: Night Cat's name: Nightsky Link to bio: Bio Position: Deputy Just so you know, I've only read up to The Darkest Hour Roleplay example: Nightsky ~The Black she-cat took a pawstep closer to her prey. She was trying to be as quiet as possible, but being surrounded by thousands of dry, crumpled leaves from many leaf-falls. She was too far away from the plump mouse to be able to catch it if she pounced now. How much closer would she be able to get? Three more pawsteps closer. The breeze picked up a little, rustling the leaves a little. Luckily, the breeze was blowing the mouse's scent towards her, not her scent towards the mouse. Carefully she risked several more kittensteps closer. Then, she heard the faint crunch of aleaf being stepped on. The mouse stopped eating, and turned to flee, about to announce her arrival to the forest, when another cat swooped in and snatched up her prey in its mouth.~ ~She tensed, her claws digging into the earth, when she heard a familiar voice tell her "Chill out Nightsky. It's only me.". It belonged to a clanmate of hers. All tension disappeared from her body, and her claws were immediatly sheathed again. It was lucky for her that he had been there, as she doubted that her luck would've held long enough for her to get close enough for a decent chance at the mouse. But then again, it was him who had alerted the mouse of their presence....~ You need to touch up on your stalking skills.

Username: admin Cat's name: Cometeyes Link to bio: Cometeyes Position: Medicine Cat Roleplay example:
The large tabby tom padded through the underbrush, nose twitching, jaws parted slightly. It was clear he was deep in concentration. He murmured softly to himself, something about a great sickness and needing to find 'it.' Suddenly, he grinned. "I found it..." he murmured, pawing some of the plants away to reveal a leafy green plant with a set scent. "Locusteyes! Get over here and help me carry it!" he meowed sharply at the grey and wite tom lagging behind him. "Whatever..." the other cat replied, taking the delicat leaves in his jaws. "Be careful not to bite into them! We need the juice, and if you make them lose one drop of it..." he trailed off, purpley blue-grey eyes sharp and watching as he carefully bit off some more leaves. His face now showed that he was working as he padded towards camp. He was on duty. He had a job to do.
"JUST EAT IT!' Cometeyes's irritated yowl rang through the camp as he glared at little Herbkit, coughing over a small pile of leaves as Cometeyes tried to get him to eat it. Herbkit stared up at him with scared blue eyes, and Cometeyes sighed. Oh well this is great...Now the kits afraid of the medicine cat... he thought with a hint of annoyance. He took a deep breath, then tried again. "Okay Herbkit...will you please eat the catmint? It'll make you stop coughing and everything..." he crooned, nudging the leaves closer to the small orange kit. The soft blue eyes narrowed, and Herbkit snatched up the leaves and chewed. "Fine then, Grumpyeyes" Herbkit taunted, bounding out to the nursery when Cometeyes gave him a warning hiss. Kits...hard to think I was one once... he thought with a chuckle, then set off to bring the catmint to the other cat with greencough.
"You've done well, Cometeyes. I'm proud." The soft mystical voice startled Coemteyes. He hadn't heard that voice since the day...He spun around. "F-Fawnpelt?" It was the first time he'd seen his first mentor, since she lay dead at his paws. "What's done is done, young one. It was my time. Let go of the past." the starry fawn-colored figure faded, and Cometeyes stood, awestruck by the cats words. It was true, he had to let go of his past. And he'd tried. But it hadn't worked. Because he didn't accept that it couldn't be undone. But what was done was done, and he knew that. He took a deep breath, then bounded off into Pridestar's den to report that catmint had been administered to all sick cats.

Username: alice Cat's name: Tidepool Link to bio: starclanschosenpath.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=thunderclancreatecat&thread=98 Position: Deputy Roleplay example: A large brown-grey figure shot out of the bushes, it making less noise than expected. An unsuspecting squirrel looked for somewhere to go, and shot up the closest tree it could. It was too late by then. The cat had already leaped, and landed on it with ease. Tidepool quickly snapped it's neck, giving it a quicker death. He buried his prey quickly and quietly as possible, not wanting to attract attention from any unwanted predators. He nodded politely for the rest of the hunting patrol to go back the camp without him. Tidepool wanted sometime to think. The new deputy, padded slowly farther from camp, toward the edge of their territory. He looked over the horizon at the setting sun. It was a beautiful site, he had to admit. The sun was an orange shade, the sky a purple-pink with hints of light blue towards the top. He closed his blue eyes, thinking. Tidepool wondered how he has possibly been chosen deputy. He wasn’t a pure blood warrior, and he came from a weak family. His father had been a rogue, and his mother extremely weak. It just didn’t make any sense to him. There were so many better warriors then him, and they even came from strong families. He had a recessive trait in his family, strength. His father had been strong, but not a real warrior. That took some effect on his strength, probably. Sure, he was strong, and prepared for most things. Tidepool didn’t have a pretty past. He was loyal, but so was everyone else in the clan. He frowned, this wasn’t making any sense. His startling blue eyes opened, and he stood up. He stretched out his back, and realized he had been thinking longer than he realized. He estimated that the sun would barely be up by the time he got home. He went back, and was about to enter camp when he remembered the squirrel. Tidepool ran quickly back to the squirrel, and unburied it. He took it back to camp, and threw it in the almost demolished prey pile. He went back to the warrior den, still thinking. He wasn’t hungry, he’d eat tomorrow. He laid down on the soft moss, closed his eyes, and left a blanket of darkness cover him.((are you happy Ivy?!))
